STORM DAMAGE: IF YOUR ROOF ONLY LEAKED IN A RECENT TORRENTIAL DOWN POUR THERE IS A LIKELIHOOD OF STORM DAMAGE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS WITH THE BULK OF THEM BEING STORM DAMAGE AND NOT WORKMANSHIP FLAWS. PLEASE HELP US ASSIST THOSE IN NEED BY BEING DILIGENT. IF YOUR PROBLEM ONLY SURFACED AS A RESULT OF THE LATEST SEVERE STORMS, CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FIRST. REMEMBER, MAINTENANCE ITEMS SUCH AS SEALANTS AROUND PIPES AND FLASHINGS ARE NOT CONSIDERED WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS. WE WILL BE GLAD TO ESTIMATE AND REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE NEEDS.

- This is not a repeat call for repairs J&D Exterior Repair LLC has previously inspected. (we get many repeat calls for critter holes, backed up gutters, stopped up drains, deteriorated caulking, deteriorated rubber seals and other items that are not a result of a workmanship problem)

Useful tips before you request an inspection: Are Gutters clean and not pulled away from the fascia due to excessive rain? Are roof valleys clean of all debris? Are windows closed tight? Is the caulk and other seals intact? Any signs of storm damage? (winds over 45 MPH and rains over 1” per hour can and do cause damage).
