• This is not a repeat call for repairs JD Exteriors Inc has previously inspected (we get many repeat calls for critter holes, backed up gutters, stopped up drains, deteriorated caulking, deteriorated rubber seals and other items that are not a result of a workmanship problem

Useful tips before you request an inspection: Gutters clean and not pulled away from the fascia due to excessive rain. Valleys clean of all debris. Windows closed tight. Caulk and other seals intact. No signs of storm damage (winds over 45 MPH and rains over 1” per hour can and do cause damage).
