Search http://licsrch.state.tn.us/ to verify license status of everyone bidding on your project! All projects over $3000 require a Tennessee Home Improvement License. Recent changes to the licensing requirements now require proof of insurance and is an excellent way for you to chose a legitimate contractor for your project.
